About the role
Arizona Autism United is a leading nonprofit community organization in the West Valley, providing compassionate and life-changing care for individuals with autism. We are currently seeking a bilingual Behavior Technician for our West Valley Clinic in Avondale.
Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality clinic-based ABA programs for children with autism.
- Receive extensive training and ongoing professional development.

Requirements
- Must be available Monday through Friday between 8:15-6:15 p.m. (shifts are 8-10 hours per day) for full-time positions.
- At least 6 months of paid work experience working with individuals with special needs.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Pass required background checks or other necessary tests or screenings.
- Have your own reliable transportation and provide proof of car insurance, car registration, and a valid driver's license at the time of hire.

Pay
Pay range: $21-$27 per hour (depending on experience).
Schedule
