About the role
Beachmont Behavioral Health is a provider of person-centered applied behavior analysis for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Founded in Ventura, California in 2024 by Dr. Jeremy Wilson, PhD, BCBA-D, we empower clients of all ages—from young children to adults—through personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to helping each client build essential skills, foster independence, and thrive within their community.Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based behavioral services to clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare providers to support client goals.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in ABA.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or related field) from an accredited institution.
- A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Experience with data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
