Authorization & Credentialing Specialist (ABA Billing) (US Based)

Responsibilities

• Manage prior authorizations for ABA services
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Complete provider credentialing and recredentialing
• Maintain CAQH profiles and provider enrollments
• Track authorization renewals and credentialing deadlines
• Collaborate with billing and clinical teams to ensure uninterrupted services

Qualifications

• 2+ years of authorization and credentialing experience
• ABA industry experience (required)
• Experience with CAQH, CentralReach, and payer portals
• Knowledge of provider enrollment and insurance verification
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
