Skills / Requirements
- Patrol and monitor exterior and community areas.
- Access control of entrances and exits.
- Maintain surveillance cameras for monitoring.
- Write and report on daily activities and incidents.
- Operate magnetometer and X-ray machines.
- Communicate using two-way radios.
- Provide CPR or first aid as needed.
- Maintain credentials according to contract requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Two (2) years of security experience.
- Valid Security Guard Card.
- Strong knowledge of the security industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer service-driven mindset.
Education Requirements
- At least 2 years of college education.
High School Diploma/GED Certification Requirements
- Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) Security License (Texas Armed).
