Skills / Requirements

• Patrol and monitor exterior and community areas.
• Access control of entrances and exits.
• Monitor surveillance cameras.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures.
• Provide detailed reports on daily activities and incidents.
• Use magnetometer and X-ray machines effectively.
• Communicate clearly and concisely using two-way radios.
• Perform CPR or first aid when needed.
• Maintain credentials per contract requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Two (2) years of security experience.
• Valid Security Guard Card.
• Strong relevant knowledge of the security industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer service-driven mindset.

Education Requirements

• At least 2 years of college education.

High School Diploma/GED Certification Requirements

• Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) Security License (Texas Armed).
