About the role
As an Autism Support Specialist / Behavior Technician (BT) with North Arrow ABA, you'll work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Pay
$18 - $23 per hour; $500 bonus after training and 30 days of direct therapy work; monthly performance bonuses and annual raises; paid training with no gap in income while you learn.
Schedule
Open Monday‑Saturday, 8:00 AM‑7:00 PM; afternoons and after‑school hours suit college students, career changers, parents, and professionals; full‑time with consistent weekly hours; no nights or overnight shifts.
