About the role and team

Our Zalando Outlet Stores are a key part of our offline strategy, offering a tangible Zalando experience as an online platform for fashion and lifestyle. Our Outlet Stores across Germany give unsold fashion a second chance in a modern shopping environment. We’re looking for energetic, creative, and open-minded talents to help drive our Outlet Stores forward. As a part-time team member (9 hours/week), you’ll join our Fashion Service team, creating the perfect shopping experience for customers with attention to detail and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Maintain store presentation, including stock organization and visual appeal.
• Process transactions, returns, and complaints efficiently at the checkout.
• Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in German with a positive and engaging demeanor.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues.
