About the role and team

Our Zalando Outlet Stores are a key part of our offline strategy, offering a tangible Zalando experience we’re proud of. Located across Germany, our Outlet Stores give unsold fashion a second chance in a modern shopping environment. We’re looking for energetic, creative, and open-minded talents to help drive our Outlet Stores forward. As a part-time Sales Associate (15h or 20h per week), you’ll join our Fashion Service team, creating the perfect shopping experience for customers with attention to detail and a passion for fashion.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Fluent in German or English with a positive and engaging demeanor.
