About the role

We develop software that makes daily work easier for associations, federations, chambers, and foundations. In this environment, you’ll be involved from day one in a classic apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development, with a special focus on integrating and responsibly using AI in our software and daily workflows. Every team member has completed the EU AI Act certification, ensuring you gain practical, future-proof experience.

Responsibilities

• Development and configuration in a Java environment
• Collaboration on real customer projects
• Support and maintenance of our CRM solutions as part of the team
• Integration of AI functions into our software solutions

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma (Fachoberschulabschluss) or equivalent
• Strong skills in mathematics and German
• Interest in new technologies
• Open, communicative team player
