About the role

In our Abiturientenprogramm you complete the Ausbildung zum Kaufmann im Einzelhandel, the advanced training zum Fachwirt für Vertrieb im Einzelhandel and the qualification zum Ausbilder, aiming to take over as Store Manager after three years and lead your own team.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers as a fashion consultant, using your knowledge of fabrics, styles and colours to create a great shopping experience
• Apply your creativity in visual merchandising to showcase our latest styles effectively
• Monitor the store’s business development and initiate appropriate measures
• Gradually assume more responsibility for leading and developing your team, supported by your trainer

Requirements

• Completed Abitur (or equivalent) available by the start of the apprenticeship on 01.08.2027
• Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, high engagement and team-player attitude
• Distinct sense of style that inspires others; customer-centric sales talent
• Strong planning and organisational abilities
• Enjoyment in inspiring and motivating people toward new ideas
• Flexibility and mobility to confidently handle a varied and dynamic daily routine
