About the role

In our three-year trainee program you will complete the apprenticeship as a retail merchant, the advanced training to become a certified sales specialist in retail, and the qualification to become a trainer. Your goal is to lead your own team as a store manager after three years.

Responsibilities

• Learn everything about fabrics, styles and colors to create a successful shopping experience as a fashion advisor
• Apply your creativity in visual merchandising to showcase our latest styles
• Monitor the business development of your store and initiate appropriate measures
• Gradually take on more responsibility for leading and developing your employees
• Receive continuous coaching and support from your trainer on your path to becoming a leader

Requirements

• Completed university-entrance diploma (Abitur) by the start of the apprenticeship
• Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, high engagement and team spirit
• Strong sense of style that inspires others; customer-centric sales talent
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Enjoyment in inspiring and motivating people for new ideas
• Flexibility and mobility to confidently master a versatile and dynamic workday
