About the role

In your training, you will learn how IT systems are planned, networked, and maintained – and become part of a team that keeps technology running. After your training, many paths in IT are open to you – for example, in system administration, network technology, or technical support.

What you'll do

• Use and manage IT systems: learn how to properly use, manage, and restore IT systems when something goes wrong
• Connect systems: connect existing systems with new ones
• Support & administration: support colleagues with IT questions, process tickets in the IT system, and handle Windows Active Directory administration
• Set up networks: learn how a network is set up and configured
• On-site support & coordination: interact with various departments and our regional locations

Requirements

• Good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss), technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur), or general university entrance qualification (Abitur)
• Enjoy tinkering and finding creative solutions – even when things get tricky
• Able to structure things and keep an overview
• Interest in administering and configuring IT systems, hardware, and software
• Enjoy working in a team and contributing actively
• A Class B driver's license is an advantage

Full-time, fixed-term until August 1, 2027
