About the role

In your training, you will dive deep into the world of software and become part of a team that develops solutions together. Whether in System Operations, Development, Network Operations, or the Test Department – you will be the colleague of tomorrow. We will show you how real teamwork works: cohesion, open exchange, and shared events are especially important to us.

After your training, diverse paths in IT are open to you – for example, in software development, system administration, or technical support.

What you will learn

• From idea to app: You learn how to turn requirements into software solutions – e.g. for our customer service or parcel processing.
• Testing & monitoring: We show you how to test applications and monitor systems so everything runs smoothly.
• Problem-solving: When hardware or software fails, you use your know-how and ideas to find the right solution.

Requirements

• Good secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification, or general university entrance qualification (Abitur)
• Enjoy tinkering and finding creative solutions – even when it gets tricky
• Ability to structure things easily and keep an overview
• Interest in administration & configuration of IT systems, hardware, and software
• Teamwork is your thing and you enjoy it
• A Class B driver's license is an advantage
