Responsibilities

• Integrate the Trauma-Informed Restorative Approach
• Service Planning
• Therapy
• Clinical Supervision of Staff
• Collaborate with Program Manager to meet OCFS, DSS, OMH, OSHA, and agency standards
• Conflict Resolution
• Maintain Program Safety
• On-Call Duties

Qualifications

• Licensed Master's-level Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related)
• Infraction-free NYS Driver's License
• Experience with emotionally disturbed youth
• Family and individual counseling
• Group facilitation

Salary Range

$59,529 +, commensurate with degree and experience.
