Responsibilities
- Work with government and industry partners across the trilateral (US, UK, and Australia) nations to support the development of an Australian technical authority.
- Support the development of program-wide activities including risk management, scheduling, strategic advising, budget management, technical assistance, and event coordination.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the NAVSEA AUKUS program, focusing on the Technical Capabilities Directorate.
- Occasionally require up to 15% travel to partner and industry stakeholder locations.
- Occasionally require up to 40% remote work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of government or military related experience
- Experience with USN submarine operations, design, construction, and/or other USN submarine support activities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint, to communicate to decision makers
- Current DoD security clearance - minimum Secret, with the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with US Navy shipyards and/or Navy program offices
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
- Experience working with international partners
- Experience with Undersea Acoustic Signatures
