Augmented & Virtual Reality Coach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AR/VR professional to coach students looking to break into or advance within the field.

Responsibilities

• Help students strengthen their technical foundation across AR/VR development, spatial computing, 3D interaction design, and XR hardware and software.
• Support career development by reviewing resumes and cover letters, refining LinkedIn profiles, and preparing students for both behavioral and technical interviews.
• Guide students on networking strategy and salary negotiation as they work to land roles in the field.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in AR/VR development (industry, research, or freelance).
• Prior mentoring or teaching experience.
• A clear, structured approach to explaining complex technical concepts and career strategy alike.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and teach effectively.
