Auditor II - Dealer Financial Services

Responsibilities
- Work within a collaborative agile environment and use critical thinking skills for completing assigned audit activities.
- Participate on Audit's over Auto Finance (Consumer and Commercial), Insurance, Corporate Finance and Human Resources.
- Develop, complete, and document audit tests in accordance with Audit Services policies and procedures.
- Provide consultation to management regarding emerging control practices.
- Communicate proactively with management and peers to align on mitigating customer service issues.
- Demonstrate inquisitiveness by asking questions and challenging the status quo.
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned to analyze Ally’s risk and control environment.
- Participate in Audit Transformation initiatives to contribute to the enterprise and its role within Ally business.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A relevant 4-year degree or comparable combination of education and experience (including military service)
- 2+ years of work experience in audit
- A relevant certification (CIA, CPA, CISA, CAMS, CFE, etc.)
- Experience using Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs)
- A desire to creatively identify problems and provide solutions/recommendations
- A curiosity, passion, and the skills for technology
- A desire to be open to feedback and an active listener
- An analytical attitude – think before you leap
Qualifications
- Relevant 4-year degree or comparable combination of education and experience (including military service)

Pay
Base Pay Range: $55,000 - $95,000 USD
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
Schedule
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.
