The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to job postings, applicant tracking, and communication with employers and job seekers. Responsibilities include maintaining security, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and security of the Services
• Respond to user inquiries and concerns
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Provide ongoing support to users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Experience with web-based applications and databases
