Audit Supervisor
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Audit Supervisor or Audit Manager to lead by example, build relationships, and help grow our expanding audit practice. Whether you're already managing engagements or you're an Audit Supervisor ready to take the next step, we'll provide the opportunity to continue growing your technical and leadership skills while working alongside a collaborative team.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity. Our Audit Supervisors and Managers don't lead from the sidelines—they work directly alongside the team, balancing engagement execution, client service, coaching, and leadership. Responsibilities
- Lead and perform audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Work with nonprofit, construction, governmental, and privately held clients.
- Review work prepared by staff while remaining actively involved in engagements.
- Mentor and develop audit professionals.
- Build trusted relationships with clients.
- Contribute to the continued growth of our audit practice.
Requirements
Audit Supervisor
- CPA preferred (or actively pursuing if applicable).
- 4–7 years of public accounting audit experience.
- Experience leading portions of audit engagements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Desire to continue growing into an Audit Manager role.
Audit Manager
- Active CPA.
- 7+ years of public accounting audit experience.
- Experience leading audit engagements and mentoring staff.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Passion for developing people and growing an audit practice.
