We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected CPA firm in the Greater Springfield area that is continuing to grow and looking to add accounting professionals to its team. The firm is open to a variety of experience levels, but is currently targeting a Staff Accountant with 2-5 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit, review, and compilation engagements
• Financial statement preparation
• Client-facing accounting and advisory work
• Exposure to a variety of industries and engagement types
• Direct involvement in client meetings and presentations

Requirements

• 2-5 years of public accounting experience
• Audit and accounting experience
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
