Audit Specialist (Paid Internship)

About the role

The Audit team provides audit preparation services for our alternative investment fund clients. This group is a small team that was created to take the heavy lifting of annual audits from our accountant peers. The team is heavily seasonal with most audit preparation taking place from January to June.

Responsibilities

• Operate Excel and UMB accounting systems to pull in and summarize exports to use for client financial statements
• Reconcile and clean up data for the preparation of audited financial statements
• Partner with the Fund Accounting team and other peers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Completed at least two years in an undergraduate program in a business related field
• Strong communication and review skills with a desire to learn more in audit and accounting

US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin $28,340 - $41,360
US Employees in all other states not listed above $25,640 - $37,540
