Audit Senior Manager - Tysons

About the role

This highly visible position offers excellent training, development, and professional growth with lots of contact with outstanding clients in a variety of commercial industries. Exceptional client relations skills are a must; business development skills are a plus. Limited travel in the region should be expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop assurance and advisory (A&A) associates
• Manage audit engagements with a focus on superior client service
• Demonstrate uncompromising integrity, strong project management, and leadership skills
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting (Master's preferred)
• Active CPA license certification
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members

Pay

Salary range: $144,400–$208,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined by factors including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
