Exceptional client relations skills are a must; business development skills are a plus. Limited travel in the region should be expected.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop assurance and advisory (A&A) associates
- Manage audit engagements with a focus on superior client service
- Demonstrate uncompromising integrity, strong project management, and leadership skills
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in public accounting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (Master's preferred)
- Active CPA license certification
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and mentor team members

Pay
Salary range: $144,400–$208,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined by factors including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
