Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple engagements and resolve legal, regulatory, and accounting issues.
- Supervise and manage services including audit strategy, budgeting, scheduling, staff selection, and workload assignment.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Research, understand, and apply complex accounting and auditing procedures.
- Develop, motivate, and mentor staff through training, feedback, and career guidance.
- Draft and deliver proposals for engagements, showcasing the range of firm services.
Requirements
- Licensed CPA.
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably in technology, life sciences, consumer products, financial services, or non-profits.
- Experience with complex accounting areas like inventory, revenue, equity, and stock options.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- A strong commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.
