Responsibilities
- Lead and develop audit and assurance (A&A) associates
- Manage client relationships with a focus on superior client service
- Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in public accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred)
- Active CPA certification and license
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and adaptability

Pay
Salary range: $137,500–$198,000. Individual salaries are determined by role, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
