Audit Senior Associate - Healthcare

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong command of technical accounting guidance under GAAP and apply a solid understanding of generally accepted auditing standards.
- Lead key aspects of larger, more complex engagements and serve as the in-charge professional.
- Develop and enhance client relationships through strong communication and project management skills.
- Execute engagement planning activities including gathering information for time budgets, coordinating all planning activities on engagements with the supervision and guidance from more experienced staff, and designing a risk-based audit approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA candidate
- 2-3+ years of public accounting or relevant experience in the Healthcare industry
- Thorough understanding of GAAP and GAAS
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA

Pay
The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
Skills
Strong technical accounting skills, knowledge of GAAP and GAAS, healthcare industry experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively are essential for success in this role.
