Audit Senior Associate - Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong command of technical accounting guidance under GAAP and a solid understanding of generally accepted auditing standards.
• Apply advanced audit procedures and techniques for complex financial statement areas.
• Lead key aspects of larger, more complex engagements and serve as the in-charge professional.
• Develop and enhance client relationships through strong communication and project management skills.
• Execute engagement planning activities, including gathering information for time budgets, coordinating all planning activities on engagements with supervision and guidance from more experienced staff, and designing a risk-based audit approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA candidate
• 2-3+ years of public accounting or relevant experience in the Healthcare industry
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and GAAS
• Experience in the Healthcare industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA
