Audit Manager Sr

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of audits including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases
• Draft and review audit opinions and reports
• Mentor junior auditors and provide skills assessments
• Communicate effectively with audit clients and management throughout engagements
• Manage audit team to meet deadlines on high-quality audit deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of audit or risk management experience in financial services
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial institution regulations
• Strong proficiency in internal audit practices and industry standards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Pay

$123,397 – $210,282 annually
