The firm services a wide variety of industries and entities including nonprofit and governmental entities, privately-held businesses, and individuals. It is a licensed Certified Public Accounting firm with offices in Phoenix, Tucson, and Carefree, Arizona. As an audit manager, you will provide support to audit teams and be responsible for managing and developing client relationships. This position is critical to the quality of engagements, ensuring standards have been met through guidance and review of work performed. You will continue to develop your knowledge of accounting principles and provide guidance and training to senior and staff associates. Leadership and project management skills are essential, as you will manage complex audit projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards. Dedication and a willingness to invest the necessary time and effort are crucial for success. You will enhance your existing knowledge and experience using the latest resources and technology in a paperless environment. Requirements

• Positive attitude
• 5+ years of prior experience
• CPA license
• Governmental audit experience (a plus)
• Knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
• Proficient with technology
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with automated accounting systems (a plus)
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Able to organize projects
• Travel approximately 15%-20%
