Buys and maintains strong client and board relationships.
Partners with leadership to align on client needs and delivery plans.
Leads client communication and keeps leadership informed on key issues.
Manages projects, timelines, and client expectations.
Supervises and supports teams through planning and execution.
Counsels staff through feedback, development, and performance evaluations.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- A minimum of four years professional experience in public accounting
- Significant experience in financial statement disclosure issues and footnote preparation
- Willing to travel
- Preferred: CPA Certified
What You Bring
- Able to apply advanced audit concepts and techniques in analyzing fiscal, operational and computer based systems
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) pronouncements
- Knowledge of the Governmental Accounting Standard Board (GASB) pronouncements
