Audit Manager

About the role

In this role, you will work side-by-side with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business, having a direct impact on the firm’s success. Additionally, you will be a mentor and coach to a group of talented staff, utilizing your expertise to help develop their technical and professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial statement auditing services
• Lead and supervise audit teams
• Mentor and counsel associates to develop their technical and professional skills
• Deliver exceptional client service
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and staying current with applicable strategies
• Manage projects with a focus on quality and timely completion
• Work with private equity clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required)
• Master’s or advanced degree (desired)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (required)
• Five (5)+ years of experience in public accounting providing financial statement auditing services
• Two (2)+ years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates
• Experience with private equity clients
