Duties
- Lead and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality outcomes and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Plan and direct audit engagements, including risk assessment, testing strategy, and review of workpapers.
- Communicate effectively with clients to maintain strong relationships and proactively address issues.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach audit staff and seniors to support their professional growth.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and firm training initiatives.
- Review audit work to ensure compliance with professional standards and firm quality expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and strengthen client internal controls.
- Stay current on technical standards and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications
- CPA license required
- Minimum 3 years of recent audit experience in public accounting
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to developing others
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Prominent relationship management and business development skills
