About the role
The role involves leading audit teams, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic advice to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee audit processes and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough audits to identify areas of improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present audit findings to senior management and the board of directors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new audit methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in auditing or finance.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading audit teams and managing projects.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
