About the role
The role of Audit Manager involves leading and managing audit teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Responsibilities include overseeing audits, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead audit teams to conduct thorough financial and operational audits.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing or finance roles.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
