About the role
The role involves leading audit teams, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to improve organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee audit processes and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough audits to identify areas of improvement and risk management strategies.
- Prepare and present audit findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in auditing or finance.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial software and databases.
- Knowledge of industry-specific accounting standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
$75,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
