Audit Manager

Founded in 1938, we're a Top 100 Accounting and Advisory Firm, operating 10 offices in Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Cleveland, Columbus, Miami Valley, Springfield, Northern Kentucky, Toledo, East Lansing, and Mumbai. From these locations, we serve clients throughout the United States. We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its growing public accounting team in Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA or experienced audit professional who enjoys working directly with clients, leading engagements, and mentoring staff while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
• Review financial statements and audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance with professional standards
• Identify accounting and financial reporting issues and provide practical solutions
• Supervise, coach, and develop associates and senior-level team members
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and client expectations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with business development and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships
• Stay current on accounting, auditing, and industry developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA license preferred
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
• Experience managing multiple engagements and client relationships
