About the role

At Clark Schaefer Hackett, we're looking for more than an experienced auditor. We're looking for a leader. Someone who can quarterback multiple engagements, build trusted client relationships, develop team members, and help move our practice and their career forward. This is an opportunity to join one of the Midwest's largest and most highly regarded accounting and advisory firms while enjoying the accessibility, flexibility, and personal relationships often associated with a much smaller organization. If you're an Audit Manager who enjoys balancing technical excellence, client service, team development, and business leadership, we'd love to start a conversation.

Why This Role Stands Out: Many firms offer audit work. This opportunity offers the chance to become a key leader within a highly regarded practice, expand your influence beyond engagement execution, contribute to firm-wide initiatives, and build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike. If you're looking for a place where your voice matters, your contributions are recognized, and your long-term growth is taken seriously, we'd love to connect.
