Responsibilities
- Perform substantive auditing procedures in assigned areas
- Obtain an understanding of the work to be performed and its purpose
- Prepare working papers that adequately document tests performed and procedures followed to substantiate conclusions
- Ensure the proper and consistent application of accounting principles in audit procedures
- Identify and document control deficiencies or other matters warranting management’s attention
Requirements
- Must be enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university with a major in accounting
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High degree of discretion in handling confidential information
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (CRI does not sponsor H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT, or any other employment-based visa for this position)
