Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead more complex audit areas
• Review audit areas performed by staff
• Oversee internal staffing on engagements
• Prepare financial statements
• Build relationships internally to foster teamwork and collaboration
• Provide a “wow” experience to every client
• Contribute to the success of clients’ organizations
• Develop staff associates and interns as they begin their careers in public accounting
• Make a difference in the communities where you live and work

Requirements

• 2-6 years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting or industry
• CPA certification or progress toward the CPA exam
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
• Enthusiasm for helping others be successful
• Out-of-the-box thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit
