We look for people with your audit or finance background because most of our customer-facing and commercial roles don’t require a traditional sales or tech background—they require someone who has lived the problem we're solving. Our Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales and Business Development teams are full of former auditors and finance professionals who made the switch and never looked back. When you've spent time in practice, you know exactly what it means to sit in front of an audit manager and explain why a workflow matters. You understand the pressure of a busy season, the complexity of working across multiple engagements, and the frustration of repeating the same manual tasks. That fluency is rare, and it's what makes our customer-facing teams so effective.

• Customer Success — partnering with customers post-sale to drive adoption, deliver value, and deepen the relationship
• Sales & Business Development — building relationships with audit firms and finance teams, helping them understand how DataSnipper can transform their work
