AudioVisual Field Integration Specialist (Installations) - Naperville, IL (FSI)

Position Overview

We are seeking an Audiovisual Field Integration Specialist to support and execute AV installations across commercial spaces, including hotels, resorts, convention spaces, restaurants, and more. This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines project coordination with active participation in system installations.

Qualifications

• Experience 2+ years of hands-on AV installation experience or a combined field and coordination role

• Demonstrated ability to manage both field execution and project responsibilities

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial AV systems, including DSPs, control systems, and audio/video components

• Working knowledge of project management platforms (such as D-Tools)

• DMX lighting control systems (preferred)

• Managed network switches, VLANs, and basic network administration (preferred)

• Dante audio networking (preferred)

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project needs

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects across current and upcoming timelines

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools

• Ability to perform common low-voltage installation tasks, including cable pulling, drilling access pathways, and making minor field modifications to building finishes as required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work on ladders and lifts

• Ability to access ceilings, equipment racks, and other installation areas
