About the role

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is a physician-owned, multi-specialty medical group with over 700 physicians and 300 associate practitioners. We provide high-quality care to Kaiser Permanente members across 40+ specialties in 26 medical offices, including state-of-the-art equipment and around-the-clock care at top hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and interpret a variety of tests to determine the type and degree of hearing impairment, site of damage, and effects on comprehension and speech.
  • Evaluate test results in relation to behavioral, social, educational, and medical information obtained from patients, families, teachers, and other professionals.
  • Perform vestibular assessments, hearing aid dispensing, and cochlear implant mapping.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Audiology.
  • Current Audiology license or eligibility for licensure by time of employment.

  • All experience levels will be considered.

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based medicine.

Pay

Competitive compensation which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.

Schedule

Full-time position with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8-hour days with half-hour for lunch.
