Pay

Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 + uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience
• Act in accordance with industry and state professional licensing standards
• Grow your patient population and meet practice financial goals
• Deliver quality care and aftercare, including hearing tests and hearing aid fittings
• Educate and train hearing aid users on best practices
• Perform checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning of hearing aids and amplification devices
• Achieve practice growth with a strong sales mindset while maintaining ethical standards
• Conduct local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships
• Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories
• Maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and payment methods in compliance with federal and state laws
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets in collaboration with your PCC and Manager
• Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care, including conducting remote hearing tests and coaching patients
• Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations
• Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results for patients in an easily understandable manner
• Lead, mentor, and participate in growth initiatives, including the Amplify Leadership Program
• Act as a proctor or mentor for the next generation of hearing care professionals
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
• 2+ years of hearing aid sales experience or 2 years of equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
