Audiologist

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our in-office clinical team. Enjoy variety in your practice while making a meaningful impact across multiple communities in North Carolina (Concord, Lexington, and Winston Salem). This role includes travel to nearby HearingLife clinics within the local market, providing coverage, supporting patients, and collaborating with a network of dedicated hearing care professionals. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and travel schedules are planned in advance whenever possible to promote work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards
• Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care
• Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance
• Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices
• Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals
• Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching
• Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance
• Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results
• Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner

Qualifications

• Active Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure per state requirements

Pay

$75,000-$95,000 + uncapped commission
