Why This Role

Most audiology jobs tie you to a clinic, a commute, and a schedule that wasn't built around you. This one is different.

  • Contribute clinical insights to hear.com's global network, the largest independent audiology network in the world

What You Bring

  • A patient-first approach: empathetic, communicative, and genuinely invested in outcomes
  • Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • A reliable home internet: hardwired connection required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
  • A willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (all associated costs fully covered by hear.com)

What We Offer

  • Compensation: Total target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000, (base salary + monthly performance bonus)
  • Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid parental leave, open (flexible) PTO policy, continuing education and certification costs fully covered, all equipment provided: laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable, and more
