Provides skilled audiology services to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities, considering individual physical or age-related needs. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment, and professional consultation to promote maximum independence aligned with each patient's functional level and potential.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with audiological needs, tailoring care plans accordingly.
• Conduct evaluations and deliver appropriate interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide professional consultations to support patient independence and functional goals.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Audiology from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
• Specialized audiology training aligned with departmental needs.
• Oregon Audiologist License required upon hire.
• Relevant audiology experience to meet specific departmental requirements.

Pay

This role is on-site, with a pay range of $45.14 - $70.07 per hour, and may include additional compensation such as shift differentials or bonuses.
