About the Role
Aria Care Partners is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to provide mobile hearing care to patients in skilled nursing facilities. This part-time, patient-centered role offers a flexible schedule with no sales quotas, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding clinical care.

Responsibilities
- Provide bedside hearing care to long-term residents in skilled nursing facilities, including otoscopic exams, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing conditions.
- Dispense, program, maintain, and repair hearing aids.
- Perform cerumen removal and recommend appropriate follow-up care.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through all patient interactions.
- Conduct clinics independently, handling all electronic progress note documentation and submitting completed notes to facilities.
- Manage 1-2 facilities per day, seeing approximately 15 patients per facility, with clinics starting at 9 am.
Aria Care Partners handles scheduling, billing, and coordination, allowing you to focus solely on patient care.
Requirements
- Provide hearing care in skilled nursing facilities (not assisted living).
- Experience with medical-based hearing care, including wax removal, tympanometry, hearing tests, and hearing aid dispenses.
- Ability to attend clinics solo and manage all charting and documentation.
- Daily drive of up to 2-2.5 hours per clinic day; overnight accommodations and meals covered for drives exceeding 3 hours from home (optional).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Pay
Compensation is a daily rate based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement.
Schedule
- Part-time, three days per week.
