About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing audio visual and sound commercial equipment. Works closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide technical support.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair audio visual and sound commercial equipment.
- Provide technical support to clients as needed.
- Ensure all equipment meets industry standards and client specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Document work performed and communicate with clients regarding progress and issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in audio visual or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using common audio visual and sound equipment.
Skills
- Knowledge of audio visual and sound systems.
- Experience with installation and repair of AV equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
