Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
- Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
- Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to learn and tackle any situation
- Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry
Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred, but not required
- Customer Service Experience: A must!
