Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
- Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
- Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services
- Customer Service Experience: A must!
- Attitude and Aptitude: Are key!
- A competitive base salary between 55-85k (DOE)

Qualifications
- Associates degree is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry is a must!

- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Ability to ask the right questions when needed
