Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
- Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
- Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
- Final product walk-through with clients and train them on their systems
- Lead AV teams on commercial integration installations
- Company-paid overnight travel is estimated to be up to 70%
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services
- Patient and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Passionate about audio-visual technology
Qualifications
- An associate's degree is preferred, but not required
- A must-have: Customer Service Experience
- Eager to learn and ready to tackle any situation
- Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry
